Ingredients
1 1/4oz Powdered Sugar – sifted
3 1/3oz Butter – room temperature
1/8tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/8oz Cocoa Powder – Dutch process (dark)
3 1/4oz Bread Flour
Directions
- Combine Powdered Sugar & Butter. Add Vanilla Extract, Cocoa Powder & Bread Flour. Scrape well & mix thoroughly. Chill at least 30 minutes before rolling out.
