Microplane, meat thermometers, large roasting pans with racks, beer can chicken holder, George Foreman Grill (I swear by it for searing pork chops and ahi tuna), high-quality pasta strainer, Dutch oven, sauté pans of varying sizes, Shun knives, immersion blender, food processor (even a small one for homemade sauces and pesto), and cedar planks (go to Home Depot, have the planks cut down for you, and soak them in water for two hours before using them in cooking).
