Ingredients:
2 C. brown sugar
2 C. diced peaches
½ dried apricots
1 C. dates
½ C. golden raisins
½ C. water
½ C cider vinegar
½ t. turmeric
½ t. ginger
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to heavy-bottomed saucepan and heat over low, stirring constantly until thick.
- Turn heat to low and simmer 20 minutes or until the fruit is cooked and thick.
- Cool and eat
Yield: 3 Cups
