4 Cups Flour
1 # Butter (unsalted)
8 Tbs Sugar
6 Tbs Milk Fruit Filling
8-10 Cups Fresh Fruit
1/3 Cup Flour
¼ Cup Corn Starch
1 ½ Cup Sugar
Directions
- Cut butter into cubes. Mix with hands butter, flour, and sugar until butter and flour come together. Add milk and toss.
- For the filling, cut fruit and mix with flour, starch, and sugar. Put fruit mixture into
a 10 x 15 baking dish. Sprinkle crumb topping over top of fruit. Dust top with sugar. - Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.
