Fresh Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients

Topping
4 Cups Flour
1 # Butter (unsalted)
8 Tbs Sugar
6 Tbs Milk Fruit Filling
8-10 Cups Fresh Fruit
1/3 Cup Flour
¼ Cup Corn Starch
1 ½ Cup Sugar

Directions

  1. Cut butter into cubes. Mix with hands butter, flour, and sugar until butter and flour come together. Add milk and toss.
  2. For the filling, cut fruit and mix with flour, starch, and sugar. Put fruit mixture into
    a 10 x 15 baking dish. Sprinkle crumb topping over top of fruit. Dust top with sugar.
  3. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.
