Ingredients
Two Lobster tails steamed and cut into chunks
One pound large shrimp peeled, de-veined and steamed
One pound scallops steamed
Half a large ripe papaya cut in chunks
Half a can of ripe olives
One onion sliced and separated into rings
A couple good sized sprigs of Basil chopped
One mango cut up, then squeeze the juice from around the seed
A couple of jalapeños chopped
A splash of olive oil
A splash of Liquid Summer Hot Sauce
