Ingredients
12 large scallops
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp lemon zest
2 tsp. chili garlic sauce
3 Tbsp. Fresh chopped basil
Kosher Salt and fresh ground pepper
Directions
- Cook rice noodles according to package. Whisk together lemon juice, oil, brown sugar, lemon zest, and chili garlic sauce. Stir mixture into noodles; add basil and salt and pepper. Pat scallops dry with a paper towel. Sear scallops on both sides until they form a nice crust. Serve scallops on top of the noodles.
